We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven IT Systems Manager to join our team. This role will focus on optimizing and integrating systems across our 8 business units and branches, ensuring smooth operations for customer orders, fulfillment, billing, and financial collection processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain and ensure the alignment of business applications with organizational needs;
  • Draft technical specifications, delegate tasks to vendors, and manage vendor relationships, including negotiating and comparing offers;
  • Organize and conduct tenders with vendors, ensuring the selection of the best options for the company;
  • Oversee updates, implement system improvements, and contribute to the long-term vision for application development;

  • Ability to analyze and improve business processes using customized applications like CRM;
  • Knowledge of databases, system integrations, and APIs, with the ability to find and work with vendors for data transfers and integrations;
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to create and manage technical specifications, analyze systems, and find suitable vendors;

We are creating transport monitoring, data reading, and management solutions to help our clients save resources and the environment with a key focus on exceptional quality. Our Automotive Connectivity Team has a challenging task – enabling our devices to gather information from different vehicles, trucks, trailers, refrigerators, and other transportation equipment. 

As an Automotive Connectivity team member you will be integrating new vehicles into our devices, helping to test and research new features, implementing new solutions, and searching for ways to improve our services. The position will provide an opportunity to become a developer in the future. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform analysis of vehicle communication protocols, data streams, perform vehicle reverse engineering tasks;
  • Manage our vehicle databases;
  • Testing hardware and firmware according to specifications (including non-functional requirements);
  • Cooperate with our FW development and quality assurance teams on given assignments and resolve technical issues together;
  • Also work with non-technical teams to assist customers in solving vehicle interface or compatibility issues;
  • Bug life cycle management – bug reporting, tracking, analysis, and verification;

REQUIREMENTS

  • Basic knowledge in the automotive field: automotive communication protocols and interfaces, architecture (LIN, CAN, CAN FD, FlexRay, Ethernet, K-Line, OBD);
  • Technical problem-solving and analytics skills, ability to provide technical support if needed;
  • Time planning and prioritization skills and ability to react to quick-changing priorities;

A career as a Warehouse Operations Specialist requires you to be to manage and optimize all or part of their customers’ supply chain operations, from transportation and warehousing to inventory management and packaging, RMA, among others.  

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and dispatching company goods, as well as unloading received deliveries;
  • Register incoming shipments and maintain stock control and handle product reception, storage, and dispatch;
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the timely supply and dispatch of products;
  • Prepare reports and analysis of warehouse management indicators;
  • Consult customers over the phone, email and other channels on warranty issues;
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical incidents related to our products for warranty purposes;
