We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Applications Manager to join our team. This role will focus on optimizing and integrating systems across our 8 business units and branches, ensuring smooth operations for customer orders, fulfillment, billing, and financial collection processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain and ensure the alignment of business applications with organizational needs;
  • Draft technical specifications, delegate tasks to vendors, and manage vendor relationships, including negotiating and comparing offers;
  • Organize and conduct tenders with vendors, ensuring the selection of the best options for the company;
  • Oversee updates, implement system improvements, and contribute to the long-term vision for application development;
  • Provide consultations to company employees on the development and usage of information systems;
  • Diagnose and resolve application issues;
  • Lead the consolidation of multiple systems into a single platform and implement new business systems as needed;
  • Create and manage roadmaps and budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals, and present them to the board for approval.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role;
  • Educational background in systems analysis, IT management, or related fields;
  • Experience working with business applications, especially PowerBI, ERP systems, and Salesforce;
  • Ability to analyze and improve business processes using customized applications like CRM;
  • Knowledge of databases, system integrations, and APIs, with the ability to find and work with vendors for data transfers and integrations;
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to create and manage technical specifications, analyze systems, and find suitable vendors;
  • Experience managing software projects and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders, with a focus on optimizing costs while maintaining quality and introducing innovative solutions;
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall), depending on the vendor—Waterfall for external vendors, Agile internally;
  • Excellent communication skills to present technical and business information clearly.

The salary range is between 3300 EUR gross and 4100 EUR gross, depending on the candidate's skills and qualifications.

We are seeking a Spanish and English-speaking Technical Support Specialist to join our Operations and Customer Experience team. The role involves consulting customers on technical issues, solving incidents, and configuring tracking devices and software. Working alongside industry experts in transport telematics, you'll have excellent opportunities for learning and growth.  

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Consult our B2B customers over phone, email and other channels on technical topics;
  • Diagnose and solve technical incidents related to our products and solutions, manage the communication between Operations and RnD department towards the customer;
  • Follow SLA and service processes;
  • Team work in the office (the office in CDMX, Reforma);
  • Work on Knowledge base building.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Higher education (technical background preferred);
  • 0-2 years experience in customer service field;
  • Interest to grow your knowledge in Transport Telematics solutions field;
  • Ability to explain technical information for both technical and non-technical people;
  • Ability to analyze the situation and find out of the box solutions;
  • Fluent English and Spanish languages (Portuguese is nice to have);

We are looking for a Embedded C Developer to join Firmware Developers team and be a part of creating cutting-edge vehicle tracking technology. Our embedded systems integrate mobile network modems, GNSS modules, short-range wireless communication modules, accelerometers, batteries, and peripheral connectors. We are using MCUs from ST Microelectronics, Espressive, NXP and Nordic.

As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the entire solution, from the tracker to essential tools and software for manufacturing, configuration, and internal testing. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in projects to develop new products;
  • Learn and program new systems required for successful project implementation;
  • Advise colleagues on technical issues related to the firmware part of projects;
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve firmware issues;
  • Design and implement new features based on client requirements;
  • Develop internal tools to support development and operations;
  • Maintain and oversee internal automated infrastructure for work automation;
  • Manage and maintain technical documentation.

REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree in embedded programming, electronics or a related field;
  • 2+ years of embedded programming experience in C;
  • Understanding of multimeters, oscilloscopes;
  • Experience debugging with JTAG;
  • Excellent English and efficient teamwork skills;
  • Knowledge of Git;
  • Proficiency in setting up and maintaining embedded project environments;
  • Knowledge of MCU peripheral programming and embedded RTOS.

The salary for this role is up to 4500, based on the candidate's knowledge, experience, and skillset. For candidates with significant experience and proven expertise, the salary offer may be reconsidered.
