Ruptela is looking for  Sales manager to join our talented and driven Sales team in Lithuania. 

We provide fleet management solutions based on GPS tracking and real-time vehicle monitoring and control. We develop and manufacture full solution and provide it along with in-depth knowledge and support. This way we help organizations worldwide to manage their property effectively, save resources and environment with a key focus on exceptional quality. No challenge is too big – in many cases our clients face complex business problems, this gives our employees an opportunity to participate in interesting projects and face many challenges.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build, coordinate, and optimize a global customer acquisition funnel, with a primary focus on targeting new customers while maintaining a foundational relationship with existing ones;
  • Act as a "hunter" in the B2B space, actively searching for and acquiring new clients;
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with existing customers, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention;
  • Provide assistance and tailored support to clients, consistently ensuring exceptional service quality;
  • Lead negotiations with clients to proactively address current and potential challenges;
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to align strategies and drive positive business outcomes;
  • Conduct in-person meetings with clients to better understand their needs and foster stronger relationships.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 2–3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in a Sales Manager position or similar role;
  • Technical background or experience in the telematics sector is a strong advantage;
  • Willingness to travel for client visits and exhibitions;
  • Excellent English language skills;
  • Proficiency in German or French would be considered a strong advantage;
  • Persistence and a strong results-driven mindset;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • A high sense of responsibility and a proactive attitude.

We are currently looking for a Technical Writer to join our R&D team. This role will play a key part in creating clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation that supports the development and usage of our products. It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with engineers and product teams to translate complex technical information into accessible content.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administer the websites doc.ruptela.com and vehicles.ruptela.com;
  • Create technical documentation for new products (user manuals, datasheets, schematics, etc.);
  • Update and maintain existing technical documentation;
  • Create and manage label designs for our products.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent English language skills (C1 level);
  • Basic knowledge of SQL/HTML/CSS for updating content in web platforms;
  • Basic skills in working with vector and raster graphics (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop);
  • Familiarity with CAD software for 2D/3D design, modeling, and rendering (e.g., Autodesk Fusion, Vectary, or similar);
  • Proficiency in MS Office package;
  • Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, user-friendly content.

A significant advantage if:

  • You have education or work experience in documentation preparation for telecommunications, programming, or another IT field;
  • You understand and speak other foreign languages (Russian, French, Spanish);
  • You have experience in a similar position or working with translations;
  • You have experience with Jira, Confluence.

We are looking for a Embedded C Developer to join Firmware Developers team and be a part of creating cutting-edge vehicle tracking technology. Our embedded systems integrate mobile network modems, GNSS modules, short-range wireless communication modules, accelerometers, batteries, and peripheral connectors. We are using MCUs from ST Microelectronics, Espressive, NXP and Nordic.

As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the entire solution, from the tracker to essential tools and software for manufacturing, configuration, and internal testing. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in projects to develop new products;
  • Learn and program new systems required for successful project implementation;
  • Advise colleagues on technical issues related to the firmware part of projects;
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve firmware issues;
  • Design and implement new features based on client requirements;
  • Develop internal tools to support development and operations;
  • Maintain and oversee internal automated infrastructure for work automation;
  • Manage and maintain technical documentation.

REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree in embedded programming, electronics or a related field;
  • 2+ years of embedded programming experience in C;
  • Understanding of multimeters, oscilloscopes;
  • Experience debugging with JTAG;
  • Excellent English and efficient teamwork skills;
  • Knowledge of Git;
  • Proficiency in setting up and maintaining embedded project environments;
  • Knowledge of MCU peripheral programming and embedded RTOS.
