We are looking for a proactive Sales Manager to drive sales of our integrated telematics solutions, combining GPS tracking hardware and SaaS fleet management software. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prospect, engage, and acquire new B2B clients across Europe by promoting and selling integrated telematics solutions (software + hardware); 
  • Explore market opportunities and create customized offers; 
  • Understand client challenges and position integrated solutions accordingly; 
  • Collaborate with product, pre-sales, and technical teams to meet customer needs; 
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and manage CRM tools; 
  • Lead commercial negotiations and close deals with multiple stakeholders; 
  • Analyze customer needs and feedback to help improve products and messaging. 

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 1 year of B2B sales experience, preferably selling SaaS or hardware (like telematics, fleet management or IoT); 
  • Excellent English language skills ; 
  • Proficiency in other European languages concidered a strong advantage; 
  • A high sense of responsibility and a proactive attitude; 
  • Persistence and a strong results-driven mindset; 
  • Skilled at identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions; 
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; 
  • Self-motivated with a clear focus on achieving sales targets; 
  • Willingness to travel for client visits and exhibitions; 
  • Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce, ERP, or PowerBI is a plus.

We are seeking a Sales Engineer specializing in telematics systems, GPS technology, and vehicle diagnostics in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong sales and communication skills to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and deliver telematics solutions using GPS/GNSS technology, telematics protocols, and data analysis to meet client requirements;
  • Extract and analyze ECU data to enhance fleet performance and implement predictive maintenance strategies;
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding needs, presenting technical solutions, and conducting product demonstrations and training sessions;
  • Coordinate installation, testing, and training of telematics systems to ensure successful project execution;

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to join our talented FW/HW quality assurance team. This role focuses on embedded systems testing — validating firmware on physical devices, working directly with hardware, and investigating HW‑level failures. It requires hands‑on hardware to work in both specialized lab environments (using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, power tools) and real‑life field tests to verify performance under actual conditions. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, develop, and execute automated and manual test cases for hardware, firmware, and embedded system components;
  • Build and maintain test automation frameworks, scripts, and supporting tools for HW/FW validation;
  • Analyze hardware and firmware behavior, system performance, logs, and failure modes to improve product reliability and test coverage;
  • Identify, reproduce, log, and track bugs and defects throughout the development lifecycle;
  • Collaborate closely with hardware, firmware teams to ensure product quality and timely issue resolution;
  • Collect, analyze, and present testing data and results to support decision-making and continuous improvement;
  • Participate in validation and verification activities for new hardware features, firmware changes, and system-level integrations;
  • Document test cases, test results, defects, and recommendations for product and process improvement;
  • Continuously improve test methodologies, automation coverage, and QA tools/processes.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in quality assurance for hardware, firmware, or embedded systems;
  • Hands-on experience testing hardware-related products, including system-level, integration, and reliability testing;
  • Strong C# programming skills with experience developing test automation scripts, frameworks, or internal QA tools;
  • Good understanding of hardware/firmware interaction, failure analysis, and debugging in embedded environments;
  • Experience with QA and defect management tools such as JIRA, Xray or TestRail, Confluence, and similar platforms;
  • Ability to analyze logs, investigate issues, and troubleshoot problems across hardware, firmware, and software layers;
  • Experience with laboratory/testing equipment and hardware validation setups would be considered an advantage;
  • Excellent command of English and Lithuanian (both written and spoken); 
  • Category B driving licence;
