We are looking for a Head of Automotive Connectivity to lead our Automotive Connectivity team and drive the development of next-generation vehicle connectivity solutions. Our technology covers CAN, OBD, diagnostics, telematics interfaces, and advanced protocol research to ensure seamless data integration across products.

As a key member of our R&D department, you will be responsible for guiding the team through planning, prioritization, and delivery, while ensuring alignment with product, firmware, hardware, and commercial stakeholders. This role combines strong technical understanding with leadership, enabling you to solve complex connectivity challenges and set best practices for future growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage the Automotive Connectivity team (planning, coordination, performance reviews);
  • Define and maintain team structure, roles, and responsibilities;
  • Own the strategy and roadmap for automotive connectivity solutions (CAN, OBD, diagnostics, new interfaces);
  • Align team priorities with product, firmware, hardware, and sales teams;
  • Oversee protocol research and reverse engineering activities;
  • Approve and supervise implementation of connectivity solutions;
  • Ensure high-quality data parsing, validation, and integration across products;
  • Solve escalated compatibility and connectivity issues;
  • Review and approve team documentation and release materials;
  • Define best practices and development standards for connectivity-related work;
  • Track team KPIs and ensure timely delivery of results;
  • Represent the domain in internal leadership and customer-facing discussions.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of experience in technical project management (automotive, IoT, or embedded systems preferred);
  • Strong background in automotive connectivity (CAN, OBD, diagnostics, telematics);
  • Hands-on technical knowledge (firmware, hardware, or connectivity protocols);
  • Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering results;
  • Ability to define priorities, structure, and best practices;
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills;
  • Problem-solving mindset, especially for complex connectivity issues;
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).

The salary for this role is from 3636,36 gross, based on the candidate's knowledge, experience, and skillset. For candidates with significant experience and proven expertise, the salary offer may be reconsidered.

We are looking for a proactive Sales Manager to drive sales of our integrated telematics solutions, combining GPS tracking hardware and SaaS fleet management software. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prospect, engage, and acquire new B2B clients across Europe by promoting and selling integrated telematics solutions (software + hardware); 
  • Explore market opportunities and create customized offers; 
  • Understand client challenges and position integrated solutions accordingly; 
  • Collaborate with product, pre-sales, and technical teams to meet customer needs; 
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and manage CRM tools; 
  • Lead commercial negotiations and close deals with multiple stakeholders; 
  • Analyze customer needs and feedback to help improve products and messaging. 

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 1 year of B2B sales experience, preferably selling SaaS or hardware (like telematics, fleet management or IoT); 
  • Excellent English language skills ;

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and deliver telematics solutions using GPS/GNSS technology, telematics protocols, and data analysis to meet client requirements;
  • Extract and analyze ECU data to enhance fleet performance and implement predictive maintenance strategies;
