Tell us more about yourself and what led you to your current position.

At the heart of my story is a deep-rooted desire to learn, grow, and have the courage to make decisions while taking responsibility for the consequences.

When and why did you join Ruptela’s team?

Sales has always been a passion of mine, and during my initial interviews, I discovered the promising world of telematics. It quickly became clear that this field aligns perfectly with my interests. Around that time, Ruptela was a Lithuanian equivalent of Google —an innovative company filled with ambitious professionals breaking industry standards and striving for maximum results. It was an opportunity I couldn’t resist. After all, who wouldn’t want to work here?

How does your journey at Ruptela looks like?

The journey was long, challenging, full of its ups and downs, victories and failures, but it was never boring. Believe it or not, I have never once caught myself thinking “oh no, I don’t want to go to work.” Strict but fair leaders, as well as trust in decision-making by the organization, have played a key role in my growth as a specialist.

How do you start your day? Please share any rituals or tips&tricks that help you stay productive all-day.

A cold shower is the best way to give you a charge of vivacity in the morning and ignite the mood to move mountains. Speaking of productivity, an effective technique I follow is to create a plan of action for the next day at the end of the previous day. I jot down simple yet impactful notes under categories like “important and urgent” and “important, not urgent.” If you haven’t already tried this method, I encourage you to give it a shot. You might be pleasantly surprised by the remarkable results it can yield.

What motivates you to go to work every day?

Continuous learning.

What are your job’s most challenging and most cheering elements?

When dealing with large projects, it’s important to remember that results don’t come overnight. Patience and perseverance become paramount. The key is to remain steadfast and not give up, no matter the challenges that may arise along the way.
Along the way, there are moments that uplift and inspire, such as the completion of a project, a satisfied client, or the profound realization that you have accomplished something truly remarkable and really cool.

Tell us more about your hobbies

I like to think of myself as a versatile person, always up for an exciting adventure! Chess is my brainy escape, where I can strategize and outsmart opponents one move at a time. Simultaneously, I will happily have a couple of sparring sessions in the ring or engage in a table tennis battle. I guess you could say my main hobby is embracing an active lifestyle that keeps me on my toes.

Interesting facts about you.

At the age of 12, I earned the first category title in chess, competing against adults. I also had the honor of representing the Lithuanian national billiards team in the juniors class and ranked among Lithuania’s Top-20 best billiards players. Likewise, I achieved 2nd place in the heavyweight class at the Pankration Presidential Cup. These accomplishments across different disciplines have greatly shaped my skills and journey.

What is your favorite place in the world? Why?

It doesn’t matter where you are, but who you have besides you.

And the last one – could you share any advice for those who want to start their career in the telematics industry?

Тry it and you won’t regret it.
