We are currently looking for Supply Specialist to join our ambitious and friendly team. This is a great opportunity to gain international experience, deepen your knowledge of telematics products, and work in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage supplier relationships, ensuring on-time delivery, competitive pricing, and consistent quality;
• Plan and maintain optimal material availability levels to support production schedules;
• Resolve supply issues proactively to ensure uninterrupted production;
• Maintain supplier performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives;
• Ensure accuracy of purchase data and documentation within ERP systems;
• Contribute to the development of procurement processes, automation, and reporting standards;
• Perform day-to-day supply operations, including placing and tracking purchase orders, monitoring deliveries, updating ERP data, expediting materials, and coordinating with internal teams on supply issues.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in procurements, material management, or supply chain (experience in the electronics or manufacturing industry is an advantage);
• Understanding of supply chain planning, demand forecasting and supplier management;
• Strong attention to detail;
• A results-driven, collaborative mindset with attention to accuracy and continuous improvement;
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, structured approach;
• Ability to learn new technologies, processes, and procedures quickly and efficiently;
• Good English language skills is a must (B2 level).
