We are seeking a Sales Engineer specializing in telematics systems, GPS technology, and vehicle diagnostics in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong sales and communication skills to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and deliver telematics solutions using GPS/GNSS technology, telematics protocols, and data analysis to meet client requirements;
  • Extract and analyze ECU data to enhance fleet performance and implement predictive maintenance strategies;
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding needs, presenting technical solutions, and conducting product demonstrations and training sessions;
  • Coordinate installation, testing, and training of telematics systems to ensure successful project execution;
  • Utilize knowledge of communication protocols and cloud platforms to enable seamless data management and connectivity;
  • Analyze fleet data to generate actionable insights, support customer success, and prepare detailed technical documentation and proposals.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven working experience (2–3 years) in telematics, sales, or related technical fields, with a strong understanding of industry practices and trends;
  • Demonstrated expertise in sales, negotiation, and effective communication to engage and support diverse client needs;
  • Technical skills in data analysis or programming (e.g., Python, SQL) are highly valued and will be an advantage;
  • Strong ability to work independently and effectively manage responsibilities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and organizational abilities, with a proactive approach to challenges and opportunities.
