Electronics Engineer (manufacture)

As an Electronics Engineer, your role goes beyond circuit design — you’ll also develop and implement specialized tools that enable our fleet management solutions. Working closely with supply, manufacturing, and quality teams, you’ll ensure your designs are seamlessly integrated into the final products.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Schematic and PCB design using Altium Designer;
• Debug and optimize electronic and manufacturing processes;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Supply, Manufacturing, SMT, QA) and provide technical support to ensure high product quality;
• Prepare and maintain production and technical documentation;
• Update and improve existing electronic projects;
• Design and produce specialized tools to support development and manufacturing.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in electronics design;
• Experience with Altium Designer (preferred) or other PCB design tools;
• Strong soldering skills and hands-on experience with soldering equipment;
• Ability to debug and resolve circuit-related issues;
• Proficiency in using measurement and testing equipment;
• Ability to work independently, make and justify engineering decisions (R&D environment);
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems and mechanisms;
• Proficiency in Lithuanian and English.

The salary range for this position is from 2,800 to 3,500 EUR gross per month, depending on your experience and qualifications. As Ruptela is an equal opportunity workplace, the precise salary offered to the right candidate will be based on one’s qualifications, competencies, and professional experiences.
